These tasty little fruits are not only cute and pint size but they are easy to eat as you can just pop them in your mouth with the peel! Yes that’s right, you can even eat the peel! The peel contains a variety of nutrients such as essential oils, antioxidants, and even fiber. The inside of a Kumquat is packed with Vitamin C.  Just one regular sized Kumquat can give you about 73% of your recommended daily value.
